Carlos is the Best! No pushy salesman here! He was so patient, and gave my son and I the best deal for what my son needed! I already saw all the great reviews this car dealership had, so I was already sold on going to them to begin with! My son is happy, I'm happy! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good used vehicle. Carlos made buying a vehicle easy and stress free!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I was in contact with Alex after test driving car and getting purchase order. I got approved for my loan within 2 business days. I texted Alex 2 hours before showing up to buy the car to make sure everything was still on track. I then went through with my loan. Paid my first payment and they sent the signed papers to them. WHILE DRIVING TO THEM I get a call they sold the car. 0 professionalism. The lady with long grey hair did not care at all. And the purchase order had MULTIPLE Discrepancies that I had to correct with the bank. Very unprofessional. My time and money has been wasted! DO NOT GO HERE!
UPDATE: after calling to cancel my loan they said the money for my first payment was already sent but because I’m upset they offered to call KCL autos to verify I’m no longer getting the car for me(im in tears this is my time and money). Lady said they are extremely unprofessional and it’s embarrassing! Buy from at your own risk!

Read all the reviews before coming here and I can say they did not disappoint!! Carlos made the process of buying a car so simple and easy. Everyone was super friendly, will definitely be returning if I need a new car.
