The unit is basically BRAND NEW!! It has everything it came with, all manuals mounting hardware, the box, it's all there. As seen in the picture the unit powers on fine. The only defect is, it has a piece chipped off where the back cover swings down but it doesn't affect the performance of the unit and the cover still snaps on. I paid 72$ for when I bought it.
