Bought this sectional brand new in January 2022 for $5000. We ordered an additional pc so that the one side is longer than the other. We are getting rid of it for a couple reasons, 1 being it's just too large for our house for storing (it's in our basement now) and 2 being it's had cat urine on it for years now as we own a cattery. I've washed the cushions multiple times and used an upholstery cleaner on it as well. So there is definitely surface damage. I am selling it AS IS for $1000. It's obviously got surface damage, I know that it could be completely reupholstered and still be a brand new couch for a portion of the cost of a brand new purchase of $5000. Thank you.
