Rare Signed and numbered John Ramos Art-- Print "Windansea"

Called,"WINDANSEA" this lovely, John Ramos, 1988, limited edition print is # 138/500 and is hand signed by the artist. When first acquired, this seal embossed print was professionally matted, framed and stored under quality, protective, glass, where it remains today, undamaged. This print is rarely seen online for sale. I've been able to find only one other instance of this print for sale online anywhere. The asking price is $450 , without matting and frame! I have been in very recent contact (6/23/18) with the John Ramos Art Gallery, who informs me that they sold out of the last ever available print for this piece, some time ago. Their selling price then, was $1500. At the time of this posting, i am not entirely firm on my asking price and will therefore, be open to consider your "reasonable" (non low-baller) offer for purchase.
