One star is too much for this dealer. After I paid off the vehicle, they delayed 6 months in providing the title. And to get a lien, I have been calling and being lied to for over three months. They told me it had been mailed on Friday  and today I find out that they have not even begun the document. I paid off a car and cannot register it to my name due to this dealers deficiency. And Andrea was rude. Told me she had no time and that if I wasn't brief she had work to do. I told her I was a client and to tend to me and my needs was her job. I called asking to speak to the manager, was sent to the finance manager who would not let me speak and told me there was no one to speak to me that could help. Truly shocking the way I was treated and spoken to.

Best experience ever. Was kinda skeptical at first, but once I was there for a while asked a thousand questions and me verifying. Guess made them nervous. I explained why the 2nd degree was because I was Scammed at dealer ship. And of course I had to be more careful. But over all I am happy and pleased with their customer service. Definitely will recommend at least check them out. They will work with you 100%. Very happy with my car 🚙 🥰

Best experience ever! Walked into Italy with so much stress and no hope but Italy blue made it happen and allowed me to walk out stress free happy and with the car I EXACTLY WANTED !!!
