Internal sleeve is washable in case you want to be sure, but note that I never wore this book barefoot, always wore a sock. Fits on R or L foot Side pumps to tighten internal boot so foot is snug doesn't slip. Bottom boot has grooves so boot is non slip on ground. Size: Medium-Men-7 - 10 or Woman-8 - 11 Include is a Cast Boot Cover for rain or walking on the beach. I paid $30 for this cover, so the overall package with boot and cover is a good deal.
