JUST left the establishment 12-17-25. Was looking to get into a car after test driving as this was my second time there and the gentleman who helped me before was helpful with car details and letting us test drive. Unfortunately this second time back there was a young female there who was not as professional or customer service oriented. Claimed to be the only one there however another gentleman was seen in the back. When asked about mileage on 3 specific vehicles we drove across town for and wanted to test drive she informed us nothing could be done until we applied for financing….??? completely different story from the first visit. Wish I knew the name of the initial gentleman as I’d like to return when he’s there. The female that was there answered the phone mid conversation without so much as a “one moment while I answer”…. smdh. I really wanted to get into a vehicle but needed to test drive before deciding to take that leap into an application…. is that so wrong?

honestly was terrified this place was like other buy here pay here but i loved the truck i got. Kristin and Jasmine were amazing and friendly and so patient with me. and i got there close to closing time but they were still helpful! Kristin explained everything and put my concerns down on the “we owe” paperwork so the service team can take a look! i love it here! 💕

I had such a great experience here! Jasmine was amazing and made the paperwork process so easy. Rafael Aleman was such a great sport, full of positive energy, and really made the whole experience fun. He got us set up for a test drive, and before we even took it, he let us know we were already approved! As soon as we got back, we signed the paperwork and I drove off with my new car — all within the same hour! Only $1,000 down payment, and I was on the road. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother or faster process. Highly recommend!
