I had such a great experience purchasing my truck here! I’ve had trouble at other dealerships because my credit is not good but I got approved so fast here! 10/10 recommend. Ask for Diana, she is sooo helpful!

DO NOT COME HERE. They do a 15 day warranty. They day the 15 day warranty ended my engine light comes on. A month of going from shop to person to shop to get it fixed the car completely breaks down. They’re saying well you drove 15,000 miles in since January. You can’t do a trade in and you gotta keep the 16,000 car that doesn’t work. I got my own warranty it still doesn’t cover. DO NOT COME HERE THEY SAID WELL HAVE A NICE DAY BYE HAHAHA. They will rip you all the way off and I am calling my lawyer.

I had a great experience at Drive Nation. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. I was helped out by Diana who made the entire process smooth and straightforward she was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right car. One Star - Absolutely Horrible Experience at DriveNation

I walked into DriveNation with a $35,000 pre-approval letter already in hand, fully expecting a smooth transaction. I found a car I liked priced at only $30,000 and was ready to write a check for it — simple, right? Apparently not at DriveNation.

First, despite already being pre-approved, they insisted I show proof of income. Confused but cooperative, I provided them with bank statements clearly showing that I consistently make between $7,000 and $10,000 a month, with some months even reaching $15,000. I had more than enough saved to cover the car in full, yet somehow that still “wasn’t enough” for them.

Then they escalated things even further — they demanded that I log into my actual bank account in front of them to “verify” my balance. When I pushed back and said that was confidential information, they brushed it off and told me it wasn’t.

At that point, I made the comment that it seemed like they didn’t want my business. They agreed. Yes, they openly agreed that they didn’t want my business — even with proof of income, a pre-approval, and the ability to pay cash.

I took my pre-approval letter and the money I had planned to spend at DriveNation and instead went over to Az Auto Sales, where I was treated with professionalism, respect, and transparency. I ended up buying a better car for half the price, half the mileage, and received five times better customer service.

DriveNation is everything that’s wrong with shady dealerships today. The women and men working there are unprofessional, disorganized, and clearly out to take advantage of customers with questionable sales tactics. If you value your time, money, and dignity, DO NOT buy a car from DriveNation.
