Went everywhere but everyone denied my credit and plus they wanted a lot of money for down payment. Then I came to North Coast auto direct and in less than two hours I was approved and they accepted the amount I came in with and now I'm back on the road. In something nice too! Bought a car from here 08/2023. On the drive home, i realized the car had no AC. Then i also seen it needed brakes but he assured me it was just ‘the car coming from detail’. Transmission went out 12/2023. Mike referred me to a shop but wouldn’t give me the info until i took down my first bad review. The shop replaced it but the new transmission is now messing up. The car soon needed Shocks,struts, stabilizer links,ball joints,cv axles, electrical components,spark plugs,brakes,calibers and tires all with in one year of 10 months of ownership. After fixing all that im still having problems. I Paid $10,000 for the car. Car is only worth $3,000. Really not even that, this thing should’ve been scrapped it wasn’t even road worthy. I’ve put $14,000 worth of work into it. so basically i paid $24,000 for a car worth $3000. Avoid this lot at all costs. even if it’s your only option. I called him to see what he can do he basically told me to re apply for wouldn’t even let me trade the one i have. Also the finance companies they use are complete ripoffs. They got off on me being a young kid not knowing much about cars and even still read the other reviews this guy is a scammer!!!!!
