The kitchen has the basic appliances including microwave, stove, oven, fridge, and dish washer. Living room fits a good sized couch and cat tree comfortably with entertainment center :) The bedroom has a large window, walk-in closet, and enough space for a queen sized bed, desk, and dresser! An elevator ride or staircase walk down brings you to a secured garage with 1 reserved spot. Or access to a secured bike storage room as well. I really appreciate the security with the main floor requiring a fob for entry from any entrance. Landlord covers all utilities except power and internet. The lease runs through August 2026.
