MIIR Payette single-speed / fixie, 20" frame

I'm selling a Miir "Payette" speed bike (see pics). The bike has a 20" (51cm) frame size, so it's best suited for riders between 5'8" and 6' tall. The bike has 700c wheels with aluminum rims and hubs: the rear wheel is original to the bike, the front wheel is a Raleigh-branded replacement. The 700x28 tires are in excellent condition. The single-speed drivetrain has a 44t chainring with an 18t freewheel. The rear wheel has an flip-flop hub, with a 16t fixed cog on the other side. So you can set up the bike either as a freewheeling single-speed or as a fixed gear. I got this bike from Community Cycling Center as a fixer-upper: it had a bent fork, which I have replaced with a similar steel fork. I also replaced the handlebar, stem, brske levers and grips. Note: the pics show the bike without pedals, but I will install basic platform pedals on the bike prior to sale. I'm selling the bike for $150 (firm, and cash only please). I'm not interested in any lower offers at this time, so please no haggling over the price. List price on these bikes was $500, so I think you're getting a good deal.
