Only made from 1(contact info removed). NO AC ADAPTER! Worked last time I checked, but if you want to test, please bring your own cord. Has been packed up with some other music accessories in storage. Missing the "Delay Time" knob. It came off a few months ago and was going to fix, but haven't been able to find where I put it.
