Listed is an authentic 1894 French 50 Centimes silver coin from the Third Republic (1871–1940). Designed by Eugène André Oudiné, the obverse features the bust of Cérès, goddess of agriculture, with the inscription RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE. The reverse displays the denomination “50 CENTIMES” within a laurel and oak wreath, surrounded by the motto LIBERTÉ ÉGALITÉ FRATERNITÉ. Mintmark “A” indicates it was struck at the Paris Mint.
