Despite the negative reviews. I had a very positive experience. On 08/08/25, I purchased a 2013 RAM 1500 Big Horn Quad Cab. Vehicle needed very little, tail light and an A/C control module. I paid cash. Regardless of the work and fees, I still paid wholesale. Even with all-in. I worked with Matt (sales consultant) and worked extensively with Muhammad (manager). Both upfront with everything! I don’t understand the negative reviews, you’re buying wholesale to the public. Be thankful for the opportunity given in this economy and what’s been going on for several years with the premiums on vehicles and the automotive as a whole. And no, I wasn’t paid to post this review. This was on my own volition just like my choice of buying a car from here! Truly old school style dealings here!

After 3 days of driving a car i bought from Elmora Motorsport The car didn’t work at all.  I have now had to pay for a tow service several times to figure out the problem. they won’t help me fix the car that they sold me and doesn’t work. this place is full of liars that just want you money not good business. i don’t recommend working with them. Currently in the process of sueing

I was racially profiled! Its all false advertising. I walked in the receptionist was on her cellphone. Sales person came and was very nasty. I told him I came for a cash buy or finance and he wanted to run my credit. I refused because if I see and like the car  I  will just buy cash once a good price is negotiated.  He stated oh cars have been stolen before so we have to follow a certain protocol. I said what that got to do with me. Then he went on to say with an attitude well you came from Facebook its a 1000 dollar down payment I have to run your credit.  I said I  told u not until I see the car. He going back and forth with me. Then sent me to the manager who wasn't any better
Worst experience at a dealership.  They made assumptions because I'm a brown woman and we can't afford to buy a 2019 Mercedes Gle 43 cash.  Crazy I have never experienced racism in my life. My lawyer will definitely be reaching out. DO NOT SHOP HERE

They will scam you on your loan quote with a low amount, then sneak thousands more into the contract. They’ll say it “includes APR” when it doesn’t and even forge signatures. We returned the car but our other friends couldn’t, even after calling the cops. Don’t let it happen to you, read every line, ask questions if anything’s unclear. Know the real total before you sign anything.
