I had gone here after my good friend had recommended them to me. They Might not be some big fancy car lot, but they are so nice and caring but they did more for me in 24 hours than any big fancy car lot would . I had purchased a 2016 Chevy Trax that didn’t have the original key and Nick went out of his way to get me the original key. I had Ben as my salesman and he was so nice and and caring and honest. Purchased 2008 Mercury Mariner at fair price.  After taking vehicle home was having intermitted problems with anti thief system causing vehicle to not start. Went back and talked to Marcus and Nick, they told me to drop vehicle off and would have there mechanic look at it. After few days the problem was fixed . Turned out to be pick up ring around ignition that recognizes the chip in key. It was replaced and everything seems fine now. I was impressed with them for taking care of the problem at no charge to me. They could of just said you signed papers (buying as is ) but they took care of me. Big thanks to Car Nation Auto Group would defiantly buy from them again and  recommend them..

I bought a 2011 nissan quest SL from carnation auto, and within a week I had to replace the alternator, the battery, the serpentine belt and then a month later I had to have the front wheel bearings replaced. The vehicle would still not work properly due to major electrical issues. The mechanic who chased the electrical system found key component wires simply twisted together, no tape or heat shrink. I am still dealing with front end problems and this shop will not return my calls or offer to help fix or repair anything sold on their lot. BUYER BEWARE!!
