Item is in good condition overall, just has a small tear on the wrist sleeve and minor fading on the arm sleeves. Tag is also missing branding, however, this is a Chalk Line jacket. See photos for condition Size is XXL but runs more like a M. I'm 5'7, 175 Ibs and it fits perfectly. Pickup in Thousand Oaks. Thanks
