This bread loaf pan is from Japan and is for baking Shokupan, also called Japanese milk bread. Its size is 1.5 kin. It has already been seasoned, but you will want to season the pan annually, to prevent sticking. I'm selling this pan, which I bought just last year, because we're moving and will no longer have an oven. I'm also listing a 1 kin pan.
