I worked with Lee to get my new (to me) Kia Soul. I found the experience went really well.

When I was shopping around, other dealerships bombarded me with emails, texts, and phone calls. Lee was professional and answered my questions but wasn't over the line like all the other dealerships, I never felt pestered. I told him which day I would be visiting and he assured me on that day that the vehicle was still on the lot (no bait and switch). Also, they keep their vehicle inventory on the site up to date.

The visit to the dealership went well. Lee outlined the car costs. Their price was really good compared to other dealerships, also there were no hidden fees. They don't do financing so you have to have the money up front and there is a fee to use a credit card.

My new car was completely cleaned and detailed, including the engine. Plus, he provided the Carfax to me. He gave me a chance to look at the 2 cars I was interested in without being pushy. I found something minor on the car I was interested in and he fixed it before selling it to me. The whole process was quick, pleasant and up front. All car buying should be this easy. I definitely recommend Lee at J&M Imports.

Came by to check out a rarer VW and was amazed to see a perfectly maintained vehicle. Lee was honest, fun to work with and very open. I got the car inspected at a local shop and was told everything was fantastic except one thing needed repairing. J&M did the work recently and I could not be happier. All the prices and communication were on point, just a shame that AZ sales tax is as high as it is. Otherwise, a very easygoing and pleasant experience. Looking forward to working with Lee in the future should there be other repairs as it was a cheap and efficient process. Thank you!
