This is the WORST dealership ever. Check the reviews on Yelp. I almost lost my life because of this place. They sell lemons and hide behind the lack of laws for used cars but there are other ways consumers are protected. They lie badly. They overcharged me for the vehicle and the finance team refused to finance it. So they took the price down then Orlando says “We gave you a discount” no the heck they didn’t. Not knowing I knew why they took the price down. Rafael the manager made a joke of my situation, refused to take accountability and it’s a waste of time speaking to him. I tried to cancel my contract within 3 days and they refused. They are in cahoots with West Lake Financial and BSd me around. I tried many times to find a solution with them. I did not feel safe in this car.

My vehicle stopped working 24 hours after I received the car. The serpentine belt popped. Apparently they fixed it after. Look at the wires they had attached to the battery box. In the picture. I drove off and the engine light came on, the inspect now sign came on. The tire sign was on when I purchased the vehicle. they lied and said it was a sensor issue.

My tire exploded while I was on the turnpike. Rammed into railings and threw me back onto the highway. Luckily a truck wasn’t coming by and hit me. But cars did dogdge me. I had injuries and went to the hospital. Luckily my child and elderly father wasn’t in the car.

Got it fixed. Now two days ago after the heavy rain, my car flooded. There was always an opening in the front bottom of the car because roaches got in my car. So the car floods, the electrical part is affected. I go to work, I get off and my car wont turn on at all. It’s finished. ALL OF THIS under 45 Days of having the vehicle.

You want to throw away money, you want to have a repossession COME TO FERCO. The good reviews are of happy customers BEFORE experience the car. Orlando asked me to make a google review before I drove off the lot. I did not, I wanted to wait to see. Most of the people who wrote good reviews probably don’t know how to come back and fix or delete it.

When dealing with them record every interaction, have a paper trail and bring them to justice. I asked if there was anything wrong with the car, I was told “we are certified to sell cars meaning they are inspected” at least disclose what the issues are and give me a chance to see if I want to deal with them. They really do not care about the financial burden or potential life dangers they put people in.

I will come back to this review to list the agencies I am successful with. Collectively as a people, we need to bring Ferco to justice and shut them down.

On August 28, 2025, I purchased the vehicle with a $10,000 loan and a $2,000 down payment. At the time of signing, I was verbally assured by Orlando and the dealer staff that the car came with a two-year insurance covering all repairs. Based on these assurances, I signed the purchase agreement.

When I first drove the car off the lot, I noticed that the air conditioning was not working properly, and the glove compartment between the driver and passenger was broken. The dealer told me to leave the car with them for two weeks so they could fix the air conditioning and the glove compartment.

Before leaving the dealership, I took the car to an independent mechanic, who informed me that the air conditioning compressor was damaged. I shared the mechanic’s estimate with Ferco Motors, and they initially agreed to repair the air system.

However, after four days, when I returned to check on the car, the dealer refused to fix the air conditioning compressor, claiming that I “did not have insurance.” I reminded them of the verbal assurances I received from Orlando and the dealership staff, but they insisted that the contract did not include any repair coverage. Attempts to clarify with the buyer and management were unsuccessful. They denied any promises and did not repair the air conditioning.

As a result, I had no choice but to take the car to an independent mechanic and pay $1,300 for the repair. The vehicle also has an oil leak, and I am concerned about the potential cost of additional repairs.

Throughout this process, the manager at Ferco Motors demonstrated unprofessional behavior. He was dismissive, dishonest, and repeatedly stated, “That is not my problem. If you don’t like it, you can leave.” This conduct caused significant distress and shows a clear unwillingness to address legitimate customer concerns.

Alex was the best salesman I’ve ever come across. He was very attentive, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout my entire purchasing experience. He patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. He made the process stress-free.
