This Trailer has been fully gone through, new roof, new roof vents. 20 gallon fuel station, 40 gallon fresh water. Front cap has been replaced and restructured with solid 2x2s with insulation and internal siding, the generator has been rebuilt by Cummings\Onan new wheels/tires /hubs /brakes, all lights led converted, Axels have been flipped by San Diego trailer supply., awning and springs have been replaced. Two upgraded queen mattresses with a pull down bunk.This is a great trailer dependable and can fit a 4 seat xp1000 ,not sure of any other models of side by sides or great for beach camping. The trailer is old but is very dependable and has been great for me. The family has outgrown this trailer so looking to go up in size. Price is firm no low ballers
