Adjustable Dumbbells from 11 to 71.5 lbs. All metal plates unlike the Bowflex 552 which are plastic, which I think makes them more durable, and they are heavier at 71.5 lbs vs 55 lbs on the Bowflex 552's. Also, you only need to adjust the dial on one side of the dumbbell versus both sides on the Bowflex 552 which makes it quicker to change weight for them dropsets. I've had both and these are more solid. They do have some wear on them as they have been put to work, but they have many more years of work left in them.
