Description

A Disston and sons 12in crosscut back saw that was made between the years 1871 to 1875. The Madalian was only produced between the years stated. It was right after Henry Disstons second son started working at the family business. The saw has been cleaned and Is partially refurbished. It won't take much to have it finished. I wanted to leave as much of the character that the saw has earned over the past century and a half as possible while restoring the beauty. The condition is very visible in the pictures. The price is firm. I am putting it up for sale for a short time only to see if I can get a better price than I have been offered. The asking price reflects the highest standing offer
