I highly recommend Auto Integrity. AJ has ALWAYS gone way above and beyond for me. He took care of any and every issue for me and went out of his way to meet my needs. He sold me a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport with barely any miles on it and was upfront and honest about everything. Great communication and customer service. I will only go to AJ for any Vehicle I buy.. going on 2 years of owning this vehicle and no problems at all!!!

They've done good in the past, but today they messed up. We had 2 Transit vans reserved. When we arrived... no transit vans. Here's a 2009 15 passenger van. It's rough, but it's what we have.
What happened to the reservation?
Not very happy.
Had a busted window and big paint chip missing.

I used there online chat to book an appointment to go look at a lotus evora. The chat stated the car was in stock and proceeded to book an appointment for 11:30 am. I drove an 1hr there just to find out that they no longer had the car at this point and it has been sold 2 days prior. even tho I was told it was still in stock. Also they still had an ad on Facebook that clearly states that updates are made within 24hrs of a car sale. Thanks for wasting 2hrs of my time. Will not be purchasing a car from them in the future. I'll take my sports car purchases elsewhere.

I put one start but I would actually like to put 0. Auto Integrity, unlike what the name states, does not have any integrity. My husband purchased a car 1 year ago from them. It was his first car and Auto Integrity, instead of providing counsel, sold him a car over $10,000 when it was barely worth half. After 3 months, the car started breaking down, including a broken transmission. The garage told us it was older than just 3 months. We contacted Auto Integrity and were told, despite several other damages and problems, that they would not do anything. One year late, we have invested over $5,000 in repairs. Auto Integrity, that we contacted, said they may take the care back, eat up what was left of the loan and sell us a new car. We explained we could not go down the canyon (we live in Estes Park) and get back up and we needed to make sure of the details of the new car before going. It took us several phone calls and a lot of discussion for us to finally be able to get the details on the car they were trying to sell us: A $16,000 when we said our budget was $9,000 top. And they wanted us to give $3,500 for them to take the car back, when we have already paid $4,000 on it. I do not recommend this dealership, at all.

I bought a car Sept 05.

Asked AJ about progress on the title Oct 7th

Oct 30, informed of a missing signature on the title and they didn't have it back yet.

Had to remind AJ to send me a new temporary registration because there was no time left for an appointment with the county because of the ridiculously late notice. Got ticketed multiple times because I couldn't attach the new permit paper to the old plastic cover.

Finally, yesterday, after 90 days, was able to pick it up.

Today at the registration appointment, I found out he forgot to give me the title inspection paperwork. The clerk had to call him to get the information and literally commented "I think he just did it while I was on the phone with him"

I really don't know what to say. I never had a bad interaction with AJ in terms of him being super rude or anything. But it seems like he's stretched too thin or just really negligent.
