Update: had minor issues with my ramps. The springs are not sufficient - been over three weeks (6/19) now heard nothing back on a resolution.

Sunny and Mike with North Texas Trailers service department at the Fort Worth location provide the quality of service that is rarely experienced now days. I travel an hour because I know I will get quality and great prices from them.

Sunny and his team are amazing!  I needed some repairs done to a cargo trailer we use for group campouts.  We got a complete PM check, including a new fender, new axle bearings, and even upgraded the trailer to include trailer brakes for a very reasonable price.  Being that we use this for our kids campouts, safety was the top priority.  Sunny and his team quickly got our trailer serviced and we will get many more years use out of it, and I feel much safer towing it. Occasionally, you come across a truly great business that is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, helpful, friendly, responsive, patient, timely and fairly priced. North Texas Trailers is such a place, and they went the extra mile for me. I purchased an expensive trailer from another outfit, and I immediately had a technical/mechanical issue. After speaking with North Texas Trailers, it was obvious to me that the other outfit had absolutely no clue about the product they sold me (giving the other dealer the benefit of a doubt). Sunny Bauhaus (the North Texas Trailers Parts and Service Manager) and his friendly and attentive staff took one look at my trailer and immediately spotted several issues. By the next day, every one of the problems were solved and I was back on the road. Sunny Bauhaus really went the extra mile for me in dealing with the manufacturer about the issue. I can't say enough about the quality of this operation. If you need help with your trailer or need a new one, you would be very remiss if you did not contact North Texas Trailers in Fort Worth.

This is the most friendly and BEST SERVICE business that anyone could hope for.
I call and talked to Sonny regarding a problem I had with my trailer. He told me to bring it in.  I asked when, he now would be fine.  30 minutes I had my trailer at NTT. Immediately someone was working on my trailer.  30 minutes later I was on the road.
The price to have the work done on a Friday afternoon was very reasonable.
This place is a gold mine.
