Twin size house or loft bedframe. Bought new 2 years ago, and it's been sitting in the play room, never used as a full-time bed. The sale is only for the bedframe. Everything else in the picture is not included. Need a van or pick up truck to haul. I will only minimally disassemble the frame so it can be put together easily.
