Terrible Experience. Do NOT Buy From This Dealer

I recently bought a 2015 Toyota Prius from this dealership, and it has been the worst experience ever. The car broke down just a few days after I bought it, even though they claimed it was in good condition. When I contacted them, they refused to refund, return, or even repair the car. They completely left me on my own with a vehicle that barely worked.

This dealership clearly does not stand behind the cars they sell. They took my money and disappeared the moment a problem came up. It shows they are unprofessional, irresponsible, and dishonest.

Save yourself the headache and your hard-earned money. Stay far away from this dealer. I wish I had known—don’t make the same mistake I did

The car we wanted to test drive wouldn’t start. They tried jumping it. It still wouldn’t start. We checked out other cars in the meantime, they were all damaged in some way. It was a waste of our afternoon since we came from over an hour away.
