We have a well taken care of 2002 Monatana 5th wheel. We are having to sale due to my father in laws health and him need/ wanting his yard space back.. IT DOSE NOT LEAK for the year its still in great shape but from us living in it with 3 kids under 10 the carpet needs a really good deep clean or even just be replaced. The button stair as you go in rotted out but we plan on fixing that asap hopefully within the next day or 2..
