I've taken some time-over a year —to reflect on my experience at this dealership, and unfortunately, it remains one of the most disappointing car-buying experiences l've had.
I came in on, ready to purchase a vehicle . I had selected the vehicle online and even brought printed documentation confirming the specific model. However, once I arrived, things quickly took a turn. I was shown a vehicle , but during the test drive, several of my questions were met with misleading answers. For example, I asked if the vehicle had air-conditioned seats and was told it did — it did not. But I didn’t have time to look into different dealers I needed a vehicle as soon as possible so I purchased one.

To make matters worse, the dealership applied the $7,500 federal tax credit toward the down payment without explaining it to me and without reducing my monthly payments accordingly. I left with a car l didn't intend to purchase, and my monthly payment is nearly what I pay in rent —far more than what's reasonable for a $35,000 vehicle.
Even after the sale, I continue receiving reminders to come in for oil changes-despite the fact that I purchased an electric vehicle, which doesn't require oil changes. This lack of understanding about the products they sell is frustrating and disheartening.
I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this dealership to others. Transparency, accountability, and product knowledge were all severely lacking in my experience

Elisa and Omar went behind my expectation. They made my process easy. They even update the car that i was not thinking oh from 2020honda to 2024. That is a real and honest review. Ill definitely recommend them.
