Albert provided excellent customer service and was very helpful with the financing options and repairs.
They had reasonably priced good selection of cars. The financing monthly rates were low compared to other car dealers I’ve spoken with. To the negative reviews, if you’re buying a used car it’s supposed to have problems because it’s used and you cannot expect it in brand new condition with warranty. I was looking for a specific model and colored BMW and found it on their website through CarGurus. We drove from Beverly Hills to Norco to get my car and I’m very happy with my purchase regardless the long drive which was totally worth it.

“ No worries Just Drive”

Wasting your time.
You can never get anyone on the phone—don’t even bother trying to call. So we figured we’d just drive the 20 minutes out there to ask a quick question and potentially buy. Big mistake.

We walked in and weren’t greeted, acknowledged, nothing. Employees were just walking around, doing who knows what, and not one of them bothered to talk to us. We waited 20 minutes and got completely ignored the entire time.

And it wasn’t just us. We watched a customer get handed keys to a car and told to go test drive it—alone. No salesperson helped pull the car out, no walk-through, nothing. A guy who just parks cars had to step in and help. That was it. And when the customer came back? No one greeted them either—they had to walk around trying to find someone just to hand the keys back.

We were still standing there, watching this happen, without a single employee asking if we needed help. The place is a mess. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. If this is how they handle potential buyers, I can only imagine what happens after you give them your money.

Avoid this place. Seriously.

I don't normally write reviews, but my interaction with this dealer was pretty strange so I feel that a review is needed. Pictures of the vehicles looked great online, pricing looked competitive, the person answering the phone was professional. However, the weird part was the call back from management. I got a call from the sales manager who's name I don't remember. I expressed interest in a vehicle, told her it would be a cash purchase. I asked her if she could provide me with an out the door price. She told me any numbers that she gives me over the phone would change in person. When I asked her why she couldn't provide me with an exact out the door price upfront. She gave me combination of answers, "I'm normally pretty close with the numbers I give, but they will change in person. My staff is too busy to work on that for you." When I told her that wasn't going to work and that I'd like numbers in advance before going in. She replied, "That's fine have a nice day."  Why can't businesses just be straightforward and upfront? Anyways proceed with caution when doing business with this dealer. The call was recorded so I urge the owner of this establishment to go listen to it. Would have been around 1:19PM.

I had a fantastic experience working with Barbara at Premium Auto in Norco! She’s the best!! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
