Very lightly used, got it to play Fallout on but decided to get a Series X instead. Upgraded RAM from 8gb to 24gb. Asking 1200 considering the upgraded RAM. Retailing at 1250 after tax currently with only 8GB of RAM. Runs everything I have thrown at it at ultra settings averaging 90-120fps on modern games.
