Great sounding vintage receiver with the original manual, schematics, and advertising literature. Second owner. It has been in my rack unused the last several months, which feels like an audiophile sin. Time for someone else to enjoy it. Especially sounds great with vinyl but I had a cd player and a Bluesound Node digital streamer connected, too, which also sounded wonderful. Amplifier puts out 40+ watts per channel into 8 ohms. I had 86 db 4 ohm speakers mainly connected and they played plenty loud without distortion. I discounted the unit because the laminate has some noticeable nicks on the edges but the silver faceplate is pretty perfect. It’s even got blue (tuner) meters! People try to sell the literature combined on this for about $100 on EBay, but the sound is what you’re really buying. Hear why Sansui is still selling strong even with inflation concerns.
