Yusuf was a really good & honest guy but this review is going to be entirely for Saeda. She was very easy to speak with & absolutely patient during the entire process. I couldn’t ask for better. If you do get an opportunity to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, ask for her. I definitely will again.

Not even a month after check engine light went on.  I had to replace brakes and oil since they do none of that. I asked for a warranty only to know that they never added it so I'm out whatever it's going to cost to fix. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I let my salesperson know and he said that they have mechanics and could possibly do it cheaper.

I don’t usually write reviews because I understand staff can get busy, having worked in the service industry myself. However, our experience with this dealership was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others.

My boyfriend purchased a car at the end of May and was told he’d receive his license plates within a couple of weeks.  We called multiple times and were repeatedly reassured that it could take up to three months. Three months later, we still hadn’t received them.
At the end of August, after several attempts, I finally reached the manager. We discovered the plates had been sitting in their office for FOUR weeks with zero communication. Let me emphasize that. Multiple times we called and no one ever notified us that they were sitting in their office since August 1st. The manager asked if we wanted to pick them up or have them shipped. Since we live out of the area, we asked for them to be shipped. He confirmed the address and told us they’d arrive in two days. Days passed, nothing arrived. When we called again, they claimed they thought we were going to pick them up — completely contradicting what had been confirmed. Now we have to go out of our way to get them ourselves. They also claim they tried to contact us, yet we never once received a call.

Not to mention when the manager was having us sign the purchase forms, how rude he was. But thats another conversation.

This dealership is unreliable, unprofessional, and careless. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere. I promise its not worth it.
