I thought I had found the perfect car for me . My. Man and I drove 4 hours just to check it out. We got to the dealership to meet our sales person Jerry Gallegos. He seemed nice. He wanted us to know he hated disreputable car salesman and he preferred transparency. We looked at the range rover and decided to test  drive it.  I did fall in love with it right away.  I didn't have my finances quit right so Jerry sent us to a local credit union that he uses all the time and they would certainly help us .  2 hours of waisted time there . No loan then we called jerry who sent us back in to speak with someone else. We were ignored  for awhile longer before going back to the dealership empty handed and angry quite frankly. Went back to speak with Jerry who told us he would meet us half way with the car once we spoke to our bank when ever we were ready.  We decided to go home to regroup.  We got the financing easily the next day.  jerry asked us to send a picture of the check when we asked him to meet us halfway like he said he would. We had the keys by accident ,which were the only set. I asked him if he had access to a locksmith  and to get another set made .  He said that was expensive and would not pay for that.  Therefore he didn't  get me another set of keys, didn't meet us halfway , and we drove the whole way .  We get the car and drive home at night exhausted. As I'm driving , I'm hearing thumping coming from the roof , next stop we see the satellite antenna had come off and was hanging by one wire. Looking closer at the interior,  the trim panel on the headliner above the tailgate was pried apart suggesting someone  had been aware of the problem . They didn't fix it tho, didn't tell us , and left the headliner hanging. This is just the begining of what we found wrong the next day. We went thoroughly thru it in our driveway . This is what we found.
#1  Trim panels on the headliner, the side panels in cargo area all were loose and had missing fasteners and broken clips.
#2  burn marks and rust stains in the carpet around the second row seating as well as broken glass.
#3.  One of the Second row seats will not lay flat  as it was ment to.  Due to a broken spring connected to the lever .
#4  vanity mirror in the passenger sun visor.  I go to open it and plastic door that covers the mirror fell off in my my hand.
#5. Going thru the car wash we found the roof leaks into the headliner all over the car. Dripping thru the front dome light onto our electrical stuff on center console.  The water was rusty. Look at the pictures at the amount of water staining the head  liner.
#6  upon inspecting the roof , we find both trim strips on the roof seams were not properly attached. One sticking up in the air, the other was completely missing causing water to leak directly into the car in many places.

What the hell am I supposed to do with that!!?? It would be nice if during inspection on the rebuilt car , someone would have fixed these things, Instead of passing it off onto an unsuspecting customer.   I'm not a mechanic.  I trusted Jerry and autolocity to give me a fair and honest deal
I got taken.  And I spent all my money to buy the car.
......   I literally have no money left to fix all the problems that Jerry and autolocity didn't tell me about. I have heard that there is a strong lemon law in Utah . Because I can't afford to fix this . I need help.  I need autolocity to step up and do the right thing by me.
I'm hurt.

I'll be expecting autolocity to call me and fix this. If the dealership is reputable and cares about their customers and reputation.  I'm sure you will do the right thing.

Autolocity was awesome, Joey made the whole process super easy, he showed us LOTs of cars and made sure we were in the right vehicle for us, was very transparent about all the vehicles, we didn’t feel pressured at all. My sales guy was Alec. I really love how there absolutely 0 pressure to close, I test drove some cars on Saturday, said I’m going to think about it and come back, and it was really easy to leave. The day I came again, again same thing 0 pressure , I truly felt like the decision was all mine to buy the car from the minute I walked in., they have really decent cars just have to make sure to do your research and ask question, and really make sure to evaluate the car yourself, don’t rely on the sales guy to give you all the info about it

Fred made the process seamless, he was amazing! We received the car in the expected time frame. I was able to track the car in route with the Apex Protection App. This was a feature that I didn’t want but comes with all of their cars. It gave me peace of mind and was so happy to have.
