2009 Ford Explorer

2009 Ford Explorer Limited 4X4 is up for sale with only 114,700 miles (mileage may increase as it gets driven weekly). Most of these miles are commuter miles. The vehicle is clean inside and out, runs and handles great. I am the second owner; it was originally my parent’s car, who bought it new. There are no leaks or warning lights. Regular maintenance and service have been done every 5k miles, and all fluids are up to date. The car runs and drives as it should. It is very comfortable and spacious, yet easy to maneuver in and out of parking spots. The interior is well-maintained with beige leather seating that has no rips. It features factory tinted windows and an upgraded new Sony Bluetooth stereo (the original factory stereo will be included with the sale), new front speakers, and a factory subwoofer. The car also has cold A/C, a moonroof, heated front seats, power windows/locks/mirrors, remote keyless entry, cruise control, AdvanceTrac electronic stability control with RSC (Roll Stability Control) and Trailer Sway Control, a tire pressure monitoring system, a digital compass, an outside temperature indicator, and front, side-impact, and two-row side-curtain airbags. Equipped with a factory tow hitch. Everything you would expect from a Limited trim package vehicle. Recent upgrades include newer matching Michelin tires (all 4), front axle seals and hubs, brakes and rotors and new radiator installed. Also had a recent oil change and transmission fluid exchange. The only known issue is that the 3rd row seating needs a new motor for the screw drive to raise and lower the seats. As it is adult-owned and we don’t use the 3rd row seating, this has not been an issue for us. We use the vehicle to haul the family dog, groceries, and miscellaneous Home Depot runs. If you decide to get it fixed, you will find the 3rd row seats are virtually new as they have hardly been used before the motor broke. Clean Title. Only serious in person buyers, please.
