NEW SHAPE K&T 2H MILLING MACHINE MILL, MILWAUKEE 2H PLAIN FULLY REBUILT

Up for sale is 1 of the toughest mills ever built. This this will put a bridgeport to shame. This 3 ton behemoth is freshly rebuilt, I tore it down to the last gear, cleaned and replaced anything worn, and repainted the entire machine with a glass-hard epoxy paint. This machine comes with a 3 phase 5hp GE motor that works like new and a VFD that will get you going on single phase 220v. This beast has power feed in every direction with idiot-proof stops that will auto disengage feed if the table runs out of movement (these are cast right into the body so no need to worry about them moving) included is the massive Heavy Duty, high speed (approx 150% speed of spindle) 2 axis extendable vertical head attachment that has had all bearings inspected and all come within .0005" of slop. The leadscrew has a bit of backlash as most machines this age but nothing too bad. The carriage, table, knee, and all gears inside are safeguarded with an active oiling system, preventing wear on any surface. There is also a mechanically driven coolant pump for flood coolant on your part (along with a plumbing system that will reroute all coolant from the tabke back to the resovior, so no mess to clean!) The table measures 10x50 and comes with an enormous 6" swivel kurt cl1 vise. This machine uses a CAT40/BT40 mounting system and I will also throw in a 6" iscar face mill ($600 retail), a brand new Albrecht integral mounted keyless chuck ($250), and an ER32 chuck with ball bearing cap.
