Buyer beware, this place is a total SCAMSHOW.

Prices on the websites you see aren’t what they are when you get there. I was told this as I’d just left my Uber that dropped me off here, was prequalified for the amount of the price shown, and ready to do the paperwork and take the vehicle home. They said, “That’s the cash price on the CarGurus site, you just gotta read…” Then they told me that the price was actually $10k MORE than what was advertised. This is not ok.

Never in my life had I ever seen this kind of bait-and-trap scenario…Terrible, heart-breaking experience….Buyer, Please.Be.Aware.of.This.Place.

Made me waste my time coming to the lot. Agreed to a price on messenger and then again by phone. Showed up to the lot and the price went up $5K. I dont understand why make people waste their time. It looks like it's a common practice after reading the reviews. I should have done that since the beginning.

This dealership is an absolute SCAM and I cannot stress enough how much I regret doing business with JB3 Auto Deal, LLC. I purchased a vehicle from them, and the transmission didn’t even work from the moment I drove the car off the lot. It was clear right away that the vehicle had serious issues, and yet, when I reached out to them for help, they took zero responsibility.

They refused to even acknowledge the problem and completely ignored my attempts to resolve the issue. Instead of stepping up and fixing the car they sold me, I was left with no choice but to take this matter up with the financing company, which is just an additional headache I shouldn't have had to deal with.

This dealership is fraudulent, selling vehicles with serious defects and refusing to stand behind the products they offer. They don't care about customers at all — just making the sale and getting out. I can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty I’ve experienced with them.

If you want to avoid getting scammed, stay far away from JB3 Auto Deal, LLC. They will sell you a car with problems, refuse to fix it, and leave you dealing with the mess. I wouldn’t trust them to sell me a bike, let alone a car.

Extremely terrible business. I just wasted an entire day and money traveling from TN to FL just to turn around because of their incompetence! I first spoke to who I am assuming is Jimmy, on the phone( I guess I’ll never know because the place was so unprofessional that I was only talking to his lackeys). He said $1000 dollars to hold the vehicle I wanted, I said okay and that I’d be there this weekend and that I’m coming from a different state. I didn’t get a call or so much as a courtesy text before I flew all the way down for them to tell me that the vehicle was sold, when I and family had just spoken to them the day prior! First when I got there these “men” were all sitting around vaping and chatting it up. I had to wait nearly an hour for my $1000 hold back cause I wasn’t leaving without it. They first tried to tell me they couldn’t zelle it back and then ended up doing that in the end. And then they had the audacity to say there were other options and I can look around… yeah well fool me once. I really try not to judge a book but in this case I should’ve. The business is probably still around cause it’s crooked.

This dealership advertises one price, but when you arrive, the price jumps significantly—up to 100%! This is a very outdated and unethical sales tactic designed to waste your time and insult your intelligence. They clearly assume customers won’t notice or care about their dishonesty. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place entirely. You deserve better service and transparency!
