2015 Honda Civic

For sale is my 2015 Honda Civic EX! Originally purchased in South Miami, Florida. I am the second owner. Current mileage is 71,000 miles. My wife has caused some bumper damage from backing the car into tight parking spaces and thus it has some minor paint scratches to the driver side front bumper, driver side rear bumper, and passenger side front bumper. It runs perfectly and has been up to date on oil changes every 5k miles. This is one of the most reliable cars out there and I am selling for $12,500 which is the Kelley Blue Book value for this vehicle in "Good" condition, designated as good given the exterior signs of minor paint chips, scuffs, and few dents. Purchasing this car from the dealers in the area costs around $15-16k. The only reason I am selling it is because we are moving to a city where we cannot store two cars. I am happy to meet up in and around the greater Seattle area for viewing and test drive. The price is negotiable but this is priced well within the KBB value. Cash or cashier's check obtained with both parties present at the buyer's bank are the accepted forms of payment. Ultimately, the purchase would have to be completed at a Department of Licensing office so that the paperwork can be filled out in front of the teller.
