2004 Dodge Stratus haven't driven it since about February. At the moment it won't start probably just needs a jump but when it is running can't go past like 45 miles an hour pretty sure it's stuck in second gear great for a mechanic or someone who works on cars would be a quick fix looking for 800 or best offer just put new struts on it right before I stop driving it. Also none of the windows roll down except the passenger side probably just replace the motors and it will work sunroof does work AC works heat works.
