Description
Up for sale is the recently discontinued and hard to find Losi 1/12 Ready-to-race remote control car. This particular car has the Kyle Busch #8 fielded by Richard Childress Racing and Lucas Oil title sponsorship livery installed on the NASCAR Next Gen Camaro body. With several places to race in Houston, these Losi NASCAR cars have taken off in popularity and this is one of a shipment I had brought to Houston after they were discontinued and nearly impossible to find. Going for $300 on eBay and some sites I'm trying to sell locally for folks who'd like to race but don't want to wait until April for the 2025 liveries to come out. These use the ARRMA Grom chassis as a base with a longer chassis designed for the NASCAR 1/12 platform. These come with brushed motors, 7.4V LiPo batteries, and fully assembled ready to go out of the box. I currently have two of these for sale and they will likely sell quick. I've included a photo of the other cars I have as of 2/4/25 and do not plan on seeking any more as all of my friends who were looking for cars have been provided a car so these are what will be left until they resume production in April. These kits are complete and fully assembled ready to race or enjoy. The cars come complete and fully assembled with 1 Spektrum 7.4V 1400mAh 2S 30C Smart G2 LiPo Battery: IC2 Battery and a basic battery charger. The remote control is included and comes with batteries as well. I also include a Y splitter cable so you can plug in a transponder at your local track. MSRP on these is what I'm selling them for, $240, as there are no cars that can really be found and it cost a good bit to have them all brought to Houston. Extra batteries are around $25 at any local hobby shop, and the fast charger is approximately $40 if you'd like that. You can also get clear bodies for these from Losi or your local hobby shop and paint it however you'd like. They are very popular to race Box-Stock (meaning as they come out of the box, nothing more) which has caused popularity on these to soar in the Houston area. I know there are at least 60+ of these cars that have been acquired for racing around Houston in the past few months, and my hope is that you'd join that group and have fun with us. The cars can be set at 50/75/100% power so they're also great for kids and teaching new folks about RC and having fun. These run on driveways, roads, parking lots well, and you can race them in Houston indoor on carpet, outdoor on pavement, outdoor on concrete, and outdoor on dirt at several local tracks around Houston with some pop-up events coming soon. You can learn more about the cars by visiting https://offerup.com/redirect/?o=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cubG9zaS5jb20vbmFzY2FyLw== My warehouse I have these at is on Hardy Rd and 1960, but I also live near Memorial Park on Interstate 10 and 610 on the West Side. In the last month I've had 44 of these I've brought to Houston and sold, this is part of the last 7 I have for sale. If you're looking for more than one please reach out. Thank you, and have a nice day. The price is firm, these are very hard to find and going for $300+ on eBay and at some online retailers.
