Adam’s customer service was no doubt 5 star quality. He went as far as spotting me when i came up short with cash til payday. Who does that? He’s definitely a good guy . My experience here is one to absolutely recommend to anyone in the market looking for a hot car!

I had a great experience with them. From the start, they were professional, patient, and easy to talk to. They answered all of my questions clearly and never made me feel pressured during the process. What stood out most was how transparent they were about the cars and the financing options. They explained everything in detail, which made the whole buying process much less stressful, especially as a newer driver. Both Mazeen and Adam went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision.

I definitely recommend asking for Mazeen and Adam!! They made what could’ve been an overwhelming process into a smooth and positive experience.

Buyer Beware- this review is long overdue. I bought a used 2003 jaguar x type 2.5 l from them in November of 2022. Body looked great but that was just about it as I soon discovered. First thing was driver's seat wouldn't raise or lower so they kept the car for 2 weeks on the pretext of fixing it. Little did I know the real reason they didn't want me driving it back to Nevada that day was because I would have had to fill the gas tank and seen that the tank level sensors weren't working as would only register between empty or 1/2 full knowing I would have returned the car that day before the check cleared. Also the radiator and ac were bad so would have most likely overheated and broke down on way back to Nevada.. On delivery 2 weeks later the battery was dead and  had to be replaced also the radiator and ac unit were shot. Discovered gas tank issue first time I filled it and only registered 1/2 full . Followed by shocks,  bushing ends , gas tank pulled and new sensors put in. I'm sure I'm forgetting something. 11k spent on repairs but final insult recently was when instrument cluster failed and I had to pay 2500 for a new cluster and to have it cloned to old one. Suddenly an air bag light was present- the old cluster had a piece of paper stuck in it to block the light. Don't know if El Vista did that or they bought car at auction that way but I do know they knew all the other mentioned things were bad as had the car 2 weeks going over everything so saw that and they never fixed the seat. Very sketchy auto sales. Don't buy from them. I'm now in process of getting air bag issue fixed after already putting on 13, 500 into car for repairs to date. All that was past the 6,9995 initial cost to buy it.
