I would like to rate this venue a 10 out of 10 for excellent customer service. We purchased a vehicle from them all the way from Texas, we never visited their lot. Nick gave us the tour of the vehicle, started it for us via Facetime, and went ahead and answered all of our questions about the vehicle. His right hand Ms. Brisa, was beyond helpful, as she speaks Spanish; she guided us every step of the way providing the necessary documents that our bank was requesting for a car loan. They really went above and beyond helping us with the acquisition of this vehicle. We are extremely grateful for their help. Upon our bank disbursing payment, Ms. Brisa contacted us informing us that we could pick up the vehicle, so we coordinated for the car to be transported and delivered to our home in Texas. She went ahead and sent us pictures of the car once it was ready to depart!! This was a very pleasant experience and would definitely encourage anyone to make business with Auto Connections. I have never bought a car site unseen, except for the pictures on the website. Auto connections in Orange, California seriously hooked me up. The sales associate Nick did a video chat walk around of the car. I set up shipping from California to South Dakota and it arrived at my front door. The car was exactly as they described, and it drives perfectly. I was nervous about sending Payment on a car I’ve never seen in person but Nick at auto connections is the real deal. Awesome experience.

Auto Connections was great! Honest, reliable and very friendly.  I purchased a car from Auto Connections and unfortunately the car had some mechanical issues but they did everything they could to take care of the problem and even paid for the mechanical issues without touching the extended warranty on the car.  They gave me a free loaner car while the car was in the shop and paid for the mechanical work.  The car ended up not working out and they gave me a full refund for the vehicle.  No restocking fees... Nothing.  They refunded me every penny and I had the vehicle for about a month.  They were very kind and courteous about the whole situation and I would definitely do business here again.  I'm sad the car didn't work out but I was blown away with how they handled the situation.  Great people here!!!  They promised me I was in good hands and they definitely went above and beyond any expectations I would have had.  Thank you guys!
