My sister purchased a car from them, and she got the car October, and it stopped working THE FIRST TIME in January and turns out the knobs on the battery were loose and she needed a jump. It shut down AGAIN about 3 weeks later again and it never started back up. We called them because they said they had an on-site mechanic but every time we called, the rude lady said that he was never there. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! Save your money and take it elsewhere. You're welcome in advance.

Well, first and foremost this place is a buy here pay here place and the cars are not new they are used and you buy as is.. so I read all the other comments and I can understand the frustration on their end but this place is a great place to buy something that will get you to where you need to go.. I bought a black Jeep and no I did not test drive it, which I should have…. So this is my 3rd year having it and my starter just went out which I am going to get it fix.. but when I bought it drove fine up until I was ready to get on the highway and then it shut off… it didn’t over heat or anything so I came to realize I could drive it in town just not on the highway… so I do love the jeep!! I still haven’t got it looked at for the issue or why it wants to shut off when I go 60 or 70 but hey… I’m okay with that I just don’t want to walk… but these people are great people!!! They of course do not know what’s wrong with every car or truck! Please use common sense people.. these people are not trying to rip you off.. some cars and trucks are great then some are not.. but I understood everything when I went to this place & bought something.. but I will go back again & again!

Purchased a vehicle from this shade tree place with the thoughts of minor fixes needing to be done turns out the car that was sold to me would never pass an inspection without me knowing someone who knew someone due to the nature of the vehicle not meeting the inspection guidelines. I ended up spending more attempting to get the car running decent than actually being able to enjoy the car. The lady Kia is very much unprofessional in her role and seemingly incapable of handling business without being overly personal with customers.
