Had an amazing time buying my first bike at Patagonia. My husband and I popped in so I could check out some cafe racers and left with a sexy Ducati Scrambler. Man these folks are awesome. My wife and I walked in just to take a look at bikes. Weren't even planning on buying one. But Patagonia has a pretty righteous selection of bikes and after sitting on a few she fell in love with a beautiful Ducati scrambler. Our salesman, Rick, wasn't pressuring at all, which made for a comfortable experience. He was also very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions, and we decided to get the Ducati right then and there.

We live 4 hours from the shop and they decided to keep the bike stored for us as we weren't ready to take it home that day. Rick was in contact with us via text updates, and when we came back a week later, they had all the maintenance up to date on the bike and we drove it off the lot. Bike made the 4 hour trip without any problems at all.

Overall the experience with Patagonia was amazing. If anyone is in the market for a bike anytime soon, definitely check this place out. Comfortable atmosphere and over all it only took a couple hours to finalize the purchase.

Rick also recommended a delicious restaurant about a mile from the shop for lunch so bonus points for that too.

I had a very positive and amazing experience with Patagonia Motorcycles in Miami, Florida. I purchased an Aprilia RSV4 RR limited edition motorcycle. The bike is absolutely beautiful, impressive and is in mint condition for a great price. Everyone was super helpful and professional from the beginning that I worked with starting with Rick, Salesman; Piedad in Finance as well as the mechanic Fabricio who also transported my bike on a truck from Miami, Florida to my home in Boynton Beach, Florida. He was prompt, careful and courteous. He made sure to communicate with me the day before letting me know his approximate eta on the delivery time and the day of he made sure to call and ensure he had all he needed for the bike (license plate and paperwork) for proper delivery with a time he expected to be here. From start to finish Rick was a pleasure to work with. Bought a 2015 Repsol 1000 sight unseen. I received very detailed pictures and videos of the bike and it was delivered promptly to my doorstep after sending a wire. Bike is in immaculate condition just as advertised.
