We just bought a Lexus LX570.  It was a 2008, in excellent condition.  We thought we'd never find anything worth buying from the other dealers we had visited.  But we saw a car listed on Dream Garage, and decided to stop in and take a look.  The vehicle was older than the ones we had seen, but it was in excellent condition!  The owner was a delight and the staff were very helpful, we could tell they put a lot of heart and soul in the cars they put on their lot. They have beautiful, classy, quality cars on their lot.  Mariya, Pierre and Chad have been informative and helpful in so many ways and have provided us with extra, over-the-top service and assistance.  They made the transaction seamless and easy.  We are so excited we stopped in to purchase our LX570 from them - what a team!

Chad and Steve were great to work with. They were very accommodating as we sorted out our plan to purchase and pick up the car. . I got a great deal on a nice car and would do business again. Thank you for a hassle free purchase. I love her!

I bought my dream truck, at Dream Garage!

I went around the valley looking at Tundra's. I was searching for a 2007-2013 4x4 Crewmax with under 200K miles. Every lot within 20 miles of my home was either out of budget, beat up and abused, rusted or ridiculously priced do to cheap addons.

Now I wasn't looking for some immaculate barn find,  I expect standard wear and tear on a 15+ year old truck, and I found a perfect for me BEAST. 5 inch lift, 35s, full audio system, super clean interior plus way more. I could tell the previous two owners loved her, as she was used, but she was taken care of.

Mariya took care of me and found a lender that wasn't terrible.
A Toyota may last 500,000 plus miles, but banks still don't like touching anything over 150k miles.

After everything was finalized, Mariya let me know they had some preventative maintenance they wanted to take care of that was previously scheduled and they had a loaner vehicle for me to use while they took care of it free of charge.

In the past I had some horrible experiences at dealerships and was hesitant to even buy from one again, but the team at Dream Garage restored a lot of faith and made it a pleasant experience. plus I got a BADASS truck!

PLEASE READ!!!!!!! I would give zero stars if I could. Extremely poor at responding to concerns and they basically have never responded to any concerns I have had on the car I bought. This was in the first couple of week too! They didn't fix anything after I brought it to their attention. It was a dump on me to get rid of one of their cars on their lot. They totally took advantage of me. So far after buying the car I have had to replace and fix about $5000 worth of things that were wrong...and the list continues to grow. Safety check, I wonder who is conducting the safety checks!!!

So far:
Upper and lower control arms, bushings, tires and alignment, brake issues and new rotors are needed, radiator issues, smog issues, drive train issues, ABS issues, wiring is a complete mess, flasher and bright lights do not work at all, leak in the valve cover, license plate rattles around (screw holes are stripped) head light fell out, my brother-in-law zipped tied the light temporarily back in, a new set of keys (the faub stopped working) and the list goes on. I am very sad and hurt that this happened. Yet I pay like clock work every month.

Extremely disappointed and I will never go back or recommend anyone to "Dream Garage."
I have never been able to enjoy driving the car pretty much since I bought it.

My belief is that this car lot knew exactly what they were selling me and when I drove it away...they all brushed their brow and said "Whew, glad we got rid of that car, what a sucker!"

Dream Garage, you know who I am...this situation it not okay at all.

***In response to the reply from the owner ...the car was actually purchased a little over 5 months ago (not 8 months) and it did not have 130K miles on it. (See new photo in review of the odometer taken today, 2/6/2025)  I understand "AS IS" and that the car is over 20 years old. I was not expecting a "brand new car" that's ridiculous to assume. I do not expect anything. I just wanted a safe car to drive when I purchased it. I did, in fact attempt to reach out to the sales person who sold the car to me a few times (text and voice mail). No return phone call. I also believe I called you, and you said, "I'll have Frank call you." The thing that concerns me is ...if a safety check was performed  the high beams and emergency flashers would have at least functioned properly. The high beams and flashers never worked since purchase and still do not work.
I'm curious what exactly the "$1000 of mechanical fixes" were prior to purchase that I was not informed of when signing papers in your office, upstairs, and right in front of you.
When the financial paperwork was initially contracted, it was incorrect...however, it was then  corrected by you and/or your staff after 2 attempts to correct the numbers...we actually spoke a few times over the phone at that time. During those phone calls, I had indicated there were a few things going on with the car...that was when you stated I'll have someone call you. Nothing happened. So I just sucked it up and began fixing the issues. I will most likely continue to fix the issues. Lesson learned!
