Absolutely amazing experience buying our car here. We bought our 2002 Honda odyssey from them, not only did they work with our budget when originally buying the van, they also are very friendly and professional. When we bought the van we knew there may have been an issue with the battery, a couple weeks later the battery went out completely and they ended up buying us a brand new one and putting it in for us.
If I could give them more stars I would. They were hands down the best people I’ve ever bought a vehicle from.

To start, they gave us a very fair credit on our trade in & helped us get into the truck we wanted within just a day or 2. A truly seamless purchace experience.

Less than 48 hours of driving the truck off the lot the check engine light came on.
To say I was terrified was an understatement as we gave up so much to get into this vehicle.
After a quick call to LJ, he had zero hesitation, & asked me to bring the truck by.

They where quick to diagnose the issue & come up with a game plan to get the truck in proper running condition.
A full tune up on all cylinders, coil packs, oil change, & even gave us a car to drive during the repair time.

The whole team assured me that if anything came up within days or weeks they would take care of us with no hesitation.

They have held up to all promises & have continued to treated us like family.

Never have I had this type of experience before & Im so grateful we decided to use platinum for our purchase.
