40 Feet Long Chinese Dragon Quetzalcoatl Kite I bought it a decade ago and it was a crowd pleaser wherever I flew it. I don’t fly it as much as I would like so it makes a great display. Horns are removeable. The centipede body detaches from the head. The head has a whistle you can hear if the wind is strong enough. Silk is a bit shredded and the bamboo caning has been repaired in various places. Some paint has chipped off. It has been renewed with green feathers. It was already vintage when I got it and they don’t make them out of silk like they used to. They are pretty hard to come by and can be pricey. The price reflects the age, craftsmanship as well as wear and tear.
