NOTE: Buyer will need to remove the couch from house and load it up themselves with minimal help from me. Price dropped as I found a new major tear in the bottom of one of the cushion’s. I didn’t see until I flipped it over. Comfy brown sectional couch, used condition, perfect for a bachelor or college student. Minor wear, could use a cleaning for sure. Feet are removed from the couch in these photos so it sits a little higher than shown. Ottoman included if you want it About 106” wide and the lounge side sticks out about 82”
