Very honest people! Kevin was straight with us on a possible odometer issue on a car that we went to see - we ended up getting a better deal on another first car for our kid going off to college. Highly recommend and looking forward to making another deal with them in the future.

Had my eye on a vehicle out on the lot.  Did my due diligence ahead of time and was already pre-approved before I ever stepped foot on the lot.  Got there, introduces myself and showed my voucher of approval. And went with the guy to check out the vehicle.  Started looking around and to my disappointment, the thing was disgusting.  Hadn’t been vacuumed out, smelt like old cigarettes and the kicker, the battery was shot.  I was still entertaining the purchase, depending on how it drove on the test drive.  That would never become a reality since his response to the batter situation was, “well, I can see what I can do about getting a new battery in it.  May take a bit.  Probably later today or tomorrow hopefully.”  You have a car lot with a buy who has already passed the verification process in front of you, ready to drive home in the vehicle.  Grab a battery from a vehicle in the back waiting to be serviced and sell that damn vehicle.  This was at 10am.  I left with my brother told him we would be back toward the end of the day.  We arrived back about 30 min before they closed and he seemed surprised to see me.  Said, “you know I wasn’t able to get to that today, check back tomorrow or Wednesday with me and I should have it by then.”  While there, a disgruntled vehicle owner was loading their possessions out of one car into a rental.  Said not to buy from here they will sell you a lemon.  It was the second car in 60 days and as I could see they were in a rental.  I’m so happy that I read the reviews in the time I was gone and came back to hear that response.  Best thing that could have happened to me.  Think twice before heading into this dealership.  Unresponsive, unprofessional and flat out lazy.  0 stars.
