Sold me a lemon . 2 days after my purchase the car started smoking ! I called them and they picked the car up kept it for a day or 2 just to bring it back claiming nothing was wrong with it but it was still smoking . They said they tightened the brakes so that could be why smh finally got a car diagnostic done finding out my head gasket is messed up and that’s not all! Car alarm goes off randomly , sun roof hardly works , back shocks are broken and has oil stains all in the car . Be very careful with this place !

Best car buying experience ever!! It really deserves a lot more than 5 stars. First let me say Sonny knows cars and Sonny is a trustworthy person. He helped me out with information I didn’t even know about my Jeep, showing me I had a service contract that my salesman nor finance guy at a large dealership didn’t bother to point out. Thanks to Sonny, I now know I can have it fixed free of charge. He explained things to my young son about his car he bought and took his time answering every question he or I had. No pressure to the sale but my son is very happy! And this cannot go without a mention of Mr. Louis, what a kind and gentle man he is and we enjoyed talking with him while we waited to do our paperwork. He gave my son lots of advice from his lifetime of wisdom.  Both of these men are upstanding people!! Highly recommend if you need a used car, go to Prime Cars, you will not be disappointed!! Just got my new car (to me) 2015 VW JETTA from prime cars and couldn’t be happier. Sonny and Kodjo were super sweet and made the process really simple and easy and answered any questions I had without any hesitation and made me feel comfortable. Highly knowledgeable and great prices! I also make cash tips so it’s harder for me to prove income so I appreciate their swift responses and patience. Bought a 2015 kia optima.  overall experience was good, Key, in the office was so sweet and nice.  Also met Kodjo and he was nice.  they also changed the battery in the car for us because it had issues starting on tuesday and wednesday morning.  if using SECU bring an auto power check or a cashiers check... but overall we had a good experience with everyone we encountered.

called in on tuesday to see if we could be there about 30 minutes before closing to test drive. we were already pre-approved with NCSECU.  I have never had a have a check or cashiers check when purchasing... Ive always called the bank and they wire/send check for the car to the dealer and its never been an issue.  I was told on tuesday they wouldnt release the car til the money came in or the check was there... i understand if it was a small bank but it is state employees and ive bought multiple vehicles the same way, so i had to leave early work twice to go to the bank, get a check and come back before closing.  it was a little irritating to have to do that and then drive 45 minutes to do the dealer.
