2013 fifth wheel trailer

2013 fifth wheel. Raven sunny brook model. i am posting this for my grandmother, her and my grandfather lived in it up until recently when my grandfather passed. it is not perfect, it needs a deep clean, it shows wear on the inside. it could be cleaned up or used for a hunting rig. overall every thing is working and it’s large and roomy with lots of storage. if your looking for perfect things t it, if your looking for cheep and a great start this is for you. it has two slide outs that both work, one in the living area and the other in the bedroom, it has a large closet with sliding mirrored doors. and more cabinets above and around the bed. it has tall ceiling in the living area with a ceiling fan. comes with large tv. bathroom/shower is located up the stairs as you go into the bedroom. there are two separate doors to enter and exit the bedroom. there is lots of storage outside and inside of the trailer. it is a 50amp set up, 50 am cord included. it has electric stabalizers front and back. i towed the trailer from philomoth, oregon to ridgefield, WA, it towed nice, and stopped as it should. i would say it could use one to two newer tires. we used the spare because one was flat, and one of the others had some tire checking but made the trip and holds air just fine. there are not any propane tanks with it, my grandfather rented a large tank that hook directly up to it, it could easily be put back. battery’s where good and worked, awning was recently replaced and is working well. trailer is currently at a storage yard near ridgefield, WA. it does however have oregon plates with title in hand in my grandparents name, my grandma will sign it over to whom ever buys it. i will try and get some better pictures soon, these are what i was sent and i live down in oregon. 3000 cash as is thank you for looking.
